By accessing our website or purchasing any product or service from Uziseller, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Uziseller provides: (a) an SMM panel for social-media growth services across major platforms; (b) AI tool subscriptions; and (c) premium digital accounts. Orders are fulfilled automatically by our systems and upstream suppliers. Delivery is usually instant, but timing may vary by product.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password. Signing in with Google uses the same account as the matching email address. One account per customer: we may merge or suspend duplicate or abusive accounts.
Prices are displayed in MYR by default; other currencies are indicative conversions. Top up your wallet balance through Billplz — successful payments are credited to your balance automatically. Each order is deducted from your wallet balance at the time of purchase.
Digital goods (credentials, subscription details) are delivered instantly on your order page and dashboard — please save them immediately. SMM orders are submitted to upstream suppliers automatically, and progress is visible on the order page.
Orders that cannot be fulfilled — for example due to a supplier stock outage — are cancelled and the full amount is returned to your wallet balance. Unconsumed wallet top-ups may be reviewed for a refund via support. Completed SMM services and delivered credentials are non-refundable, except where required by law or where we confirm a delivery failure.
Do not use our services for illegal purposes or in violation of any social platform's terms, do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload our systems, and do not abuse the partner program. We may refuse or cancel orders that violate these terms.
Product availability, stock levels and prices may change at any time without notice, as they reflect live upstream data. We may modify or discontinue products and services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uziseller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for actions taken by social platforms against accounts that use SMM services.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
